Description
Not many people grow whitecurrants these days and I don’t know of anyone else who makes whitecurrant liqueur commercially. Whitecurrants are smaller and sweeter than their red and blackcurrant cousins. The liqueur has an attractive whitey gold hue and delivers a subtle sweetness to the palate. It’s rarity has attracted some of the bars in the country, such as the Nightjar in London, to use it in their creations.
Absolutely delicious!
